As of currently, we only ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other countries at the moment but we are looking to expand our coverage in the future. 

Our shipping times vary between locations. UK: 5-8 business days. EU and USA: 7-11 business days. Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 12-18 business days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

When you place an order for a product, the shipping number will be automatically provided to you once the order is processed. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to be made available. Thank you.

Yes. You have 30 days to return an item for a full refund. Refer to our return policy for more detailed information. Unfortunately, we do not directly do exchanges. The fastest way for you to carry out an exchange is to initiate a return of your product and then place a new order.
